RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase from Sky Sneakers. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

• Be in the original packaging

• Have the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items

• Worn, washed, or damaged items

• Items without original tags or packaging

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@skysneakers.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item sent).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

4. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@skysneakers.shop with photos of the issue.

6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank, there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
