1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During high volume periods (e.g., holidays or new launches), processing times may be slightly extended.


2. SHIPPING TIMES & DELIVERY

We offer worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada & UK: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen events.


3. SHIPPING RATES

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $500.

For orders below this amount, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

You can also track your order using the link provided in your email or by visiting our tracking page.


5. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses

If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at info@skysneakers.shop.


6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Sky Sneakers is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier. If your order is missing:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact your local postal service for assistance

  • Reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist you


7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Sky Sneakers is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (e.g., tariffs, taxes, customs duties).
